- Withdrawal After Course Starts: If you withdraw after the course has started, refunds will be provided based on the following scale:

- Administrative Fees: Please note that a processing fee of 5000 may apply depending on the circumstances of the refund request.
3. Non-Refundable Fees

- Registration Fees: Any registration fees paid during course enrollment.
- Materials and Software Fees: Costs for study materials, software licenses, or other resources provided by CourseCraft.
- Late Payment Fees: Any fees charged due to delayed payments.
4. Special Circumstances
In cases where special circumstances such as medical emergencies, personal issues, or other unforeseen situations arise,CourseCraft may consider offering a partial refund or credit toward another course. These cases will be reviewed on an individual basis, and supporting documentation may be required.
5. No Refund for Online/Recorded Courses
